  1. No Returns Accepted Under Any Circumstances
    Due to product nature and privacy/security considerations, all orders are considered final upon delivery acceptance. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or full refund requests.

  2. Partial Refund for Verified Defects
    If you identify visible craftsmanship defects or shipping damage upon delivery, you may qualify for compensation up to 30% of the order value (non-cash credit).


🔍 Qualifying Defects (Eligible for Partial Refund)

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery acceptance for:
✅ Cosmetic Flaws: Visible scratches/dents on case, dial stains, misaligned hands, lume paint peeling
✅ Functional Failures: Stuck seconds hand, non-advancing date wheel, crown threading failure (video proof required)
✅ Shipping Damage: Crushed packaging, cracked crystal, broken strap (full unboxing video required)
❌ Exclusions: Timekeeping variance (±90 seconds/day normal), subjective appearance issues, non-visible movement defects


⚠️ Mandatory Claim Procedure (All Steps Required)

Step 1: Immediate Inspection & Documentation

▶️ Inspect package exterior before accepting delivery. Refuse acceptance if outer box is damaged and contact us immediately with photos.
▶️ Film continuous, unedited unboxing video showing: tracking number → unsealing process → close-up inspection of watch from all angles.

Step 2: Submit Evidence Within 48 Hours

  • HD photos of defects

  • Full unboxing video

  • Order number

Step 3: Compensation Determination

▶️ We will evaluate evidence within 72 hours and respond via email:

  • Tier A Defect (functional impact): 15%-20% order value credit

  • Tier B Defect (minor cosmetic): 5%-10% order value credit

  • Insufficient evidence / late submission: Claim rejected
